If you have not used the Collect Cable on the PC before, you will need to install the drivers.

Windows 7 Drivers

Beware, you will need administrative rights on your machine to do the following steps, so you may have to seek assistance of your IT department.

Windows 7 device Manager
If you use Windows 7 or earlier, you will need to install additional drivers.

Click here to download the drivers.

Unzip the file and copy them to a folder of your choice.

To install the drivers, open your device manager (Control Panel > System & Security > System > Device Manager will be on the left hand side) and press the ‘View’ button on the CityRadar and plug in the USB cable.

If the drivers have not been installed, the cable will appear under the ‘Other Devices’ heading.

Simply right click on the Cable, select ‘Update Driver Software’ and choose the ‘Browse my computer’ option in the following window.

Navigate to the recently unzipped folder, select it and complete the driver installation. You may have to do this twice.
