Warranty Service
Service for products under warranty
TagMaster UK Ltd warrants that its products will conform to the applicable specifications and will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 24 months after the delivery date from TagMaster UK Ltd. This warranty does not apply to products that have been modified, misused, exposed to incorrect voltage polarity, exposed to excessive voltages (incl. lightning) or have not been installed in accordance with TagMaster UK’s guidelines. TagMaster UK is obliged to repair or replace the returned item at no cost if the product is under warranty.
Obtaining Service Under Warranty ANPR Products
Please follow the procedure below:
- Download the RMA Form TagMaster UK (Return Material Authorization) Application Form (Doc no 2119-044) See to the left!
- Tick the box for Warranty service. If you also desire to repair if out-of-warranty, tick the box for out-of-warranty. (See cost in RMA application Form) and refer to the “Out of warranty service” section.
- Complete the form and make sure that you have filled in the products Serial No, license/dongle ID number a clear description of the problem and return address information.
- Sign (authorized signature) the document and fax or e-mail it to TagMaster UK Ltd.
- TagMaster UK Ltd will then reply with an RMA identification number and an address for returning the goods.
- Please return any product in its complete condition to facilitate inspection and repair. TagMaster UK Ltd will not accept any goods without an RMA identification number.
Please note: Before you return a product for repair, it is your responsibility to do a full backup of all your data that may be stored on it , the products being (all PC variants and intelligent/ PC based Camera ). You are responsible for reinstalling this data.
Out of Warranty Service
Billable Repair Program for products out of warranty
TagMaster UK Ltd offers a Billable Repair Program, with our Flat Rate Service to ensure support across your entire solution set. Our Flat Rate Service offer a swift decision, avoiding the time-consuming hassles with estimation and approval processes associated with traditional time and materials repair and gets your device back promptly.

This Flat Rate Repair Service provides a guaranteed price regardless of repair type. Flat Rate Repair Service eliminates the need to get estimates and avoid a lengthy approval process associated with time and materials repairs. Billable Repair performed by TagMaster UK Ltd are warranted for a period of 90 days from the date of dispatch from TagMaster UK Ltd. This warranty applies only to those items which were found defective and repaired. This warranty is void if the product is modified, improperly installed or used, damaged by accident or neglected, or in the event that any parts are improperly installed or replaced by the user.
If a product is returned, and it is determined after full analysis and test process that there is No Fault Found a diagnostic & admin fee of £175 + freight will be charged.

- Complete the form and make sure that you have filled in the products Serial No, a clear description of the problem and return address information.
- Sign (authorized signature) the document and e-mail it to TagMaster UK Ltd as a confirmation of accepting the flat rate prices.
- TagMaster UK Ltd will then reply with an RMA identification number and an address for returning the goods.
- Please return any product in its complete packaging to facilitate inspection and repair. TagMaster UK Ltd will not accept any goods without an RMA identification number.
- Depending on payment terms TagMaster UK Ltd will repair the Product and ship back to delivery address according to signed RMA form.
